6. Can I enable SSE-KMS encryption on EBS Volumes?

Qubole supports encrypted EBS volumes when the default encryption is enabled. To encrypt EBS volumes, follow these instructions in Opt-in to encrypt new EBS Volumes by default.

Note

The default encryption is the only way to get encrypted root volumes.
