AL1 hotfix and AL2 default Metastore deployment

Release 63.1 contains AL1 hotfix and AL2 default Metastore deployment.

• Availability of MySQL8x on AL1.

  • Qubole has added support for MySQL 8.x for AL1 clusters on AWS. Customers can now migrate their custom metastore DB from MySQL 5.x to MySQL 8.x. (5.7 to 8.0) for AL1 clusters.

• Availability of Qubole-provided default metastore working with AL2.

  • Qubole has added support for Qubole-provided default metastore for AL2 clusters with MySQL 5.x. This makes it easy to quick-start on Qubole with latest AWS AMIs.
