Troubleshooting Package Management (AWS)

If any imports fail after you install a package using package management, check the logs of the package-management environment. The logs are saved in S3; details below.

Where to To Find the Logs

  • For Package Management v1:

    • For Python:

      s3://defloc/packages/<acc_id>_envs/logs/env-<env_id>ver-<latest_version>-a-4.2.9-py-<python_version>.err.tmp

    • For R:

      s3://defloc/packages/<acc_id>_envs/logs/env-<env_id>ver-<latest_version>-a-4.2.9-r-<R-version>.err.tmp

  • For new Package Management

  • For Python:

  • For R:
