Enhancements

• SCHED-323: This enhancement enables the user to save the desired filter checkpoints on the Scheduler UI. This change will reduce the human effort of the user to set the same filter parameters again. Saved filter parameters are displayed until it is changed by the same user.
• SCHED-376: SQL Command type has been renamed as Quantum in the Scheduler UI’s command type drop-down list.
